In addition, the unit shall perform the following optional eight (8) tests which may be stored outside of the viewer itself. These tests can be administered by removal and replacement of slides.

P. reusable container designed to hold and protect any slides held outside of the viewed during extended periods of non-use shall be supplied with each unit.
Working distances for far tests shall be 20 feet to infinity and near test 13-14 inches.
ACCESSORIES.
Each unit shall be provided with the following accessories:
* 1 maintenance manual.
* 1 operating manual.
* 100 record forms.
* 500 clean-rest tissues.
* 2 sets of replacement bulbs.
* 1 dust cover.
* 1 plastic laminated 8-1/2 by 11 scoring key.
* 1 replacement parts list including a list of replacement slides.
*1 demonstration apparatus for depth perception.
The operator’s manual shall at a. minimum include the following contents:
a) Description of Instrument and features.
b) Administration of tests: shall include the information as outlined in the Manual of
Instructions: Armed Forces Vision tester NSN 7610-00-721-9390 as modified to their particular instrument.
c) A scoring key.
d) Glossary.
